Jim’s Walk is a friendly, bi-weekly walk that gently encourages people to get outside, enjoy fresh air, and explore the beautiful surroundings of the country park. Led by welcoming volunteers, it’s a relaxed and easy-going walk where everyone is encouraged to chat, connect, and enjoy good company along the way. Spending time outdoors and socialising with others can really help boost mood, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. The walk lasts up to an hour, making it accessible for most people, and afterwards participants are welcome to join for a cuppa back at the hub. This provides a chance to continue conversations, receive any support if needed, and meet like-minded peers in a safe and friendly environment
