The Humber Wellbeing Hub provides a supportive environment promoting mental wellness and providing assistance to individuals experiencing psychological distress, emotional challenges and/or suicidal thoughts.

We also provide a range of groups and activities that support individuals with their emotional and physical well-being. The service focuses on raising awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public about suicide risk factors and prevention strategies. Its ultimate goal is to offer hope, support, and resources to prevent suicides and promote mental wellness.

Whether you are wanting information on groups in the local area, want to know more about the work we are doing locally or just want a chat with one of our friendly volunteers, we are here to help.

With a range of information booklets and leaflets, the Humber Wellbeing Hub is a safe place for you to visit and talk about any issues that you may be facing. Our trained volunteers will help you to seek support and get the help you need and deserve.

The Humber Wellbeing Hub has been successful in receiving funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, and we are excited to be developing our new service ‘Blossom;’. Details can be found under ‘What’s On’.

We are also looking for volunteers! If you want to spare a few hours to help your local community, please contact info@emotionalwellbeinghub.com
