The Hub

The Hub is our open-access community wellbeing space, based at Humber Bridge Country Park.

The Hub plays a vital role in supporting individuals who may be struggling with their emotional wellbeing, including those who may be beginning to experience distress or need connection and support.

It provides a welcoming environment where people can drop in without referral to access:

  • A listening ear from trained volunteers
  • Social connection and community activities
  • Wellbeing groups and workshops
  • Signposting to appropriate services

The service focuses on raising awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public about suicide risk factors and prevention strategies. Its ultimate goal is to offer hope, support, and resources to prevent suicides and promote mental wellness.
