The Grief Café is a gentle, welcoming monthly group where people can come together in a safe and understanding space after experiencing loss. Run with the support of caring volunteers, it offers a place to talk, listen, or simply be around others who may be going through similar feelings. There’s no pressure to speak—just the comfort of being in a supportive environment with people who understand. If someone would like a bit more support, they can be gently guided towards one-to-one help with one of our practitioners. The group also gives the chance to connect with others, share a hot drink, and have a relaxed chat in the friendly setting of the hub. It’s a space where people can feel heard, supported, and less alone.
The Grief Café takes place on the first Thursday of the month.
