Walking for Heath – The East Riding Walking for Health group meets every Friday at the hub and offers a friendly and supportive way to stay active. The walks are led by welcoming volunteers and are designed to be gentle and accessible, making them suitable for people of all abilities. How ever this can sometimes be a lengthy walk so would be great to come catch with the leaders before hand. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, improve physical health, and boost overall wellbeing while spending time with others. The group also encourages conversation and connection, helping people feel part of a supportive community. After the walk, participants can enjoy a relaxed chat, often over a warm drink at the hub, continuing that sense of friendship and support in a calm and welcoming setting.
