Our walks take place around the Country Park and Humber Bridge area, so a fantastic way to connect with nature and breathe in fresh air.
What do you need for walking?
Walking is almost perfect for exercise , requiring no expense, almost anyone can do it. All you need is a good pair of shoes, that are comfortable. Loose fitting clothing allows you to move more freely. Wear thin layers rather than heavy clothing.
